How long does engraving take?
Laser engraving is done in our facility in Poland within 48 hours of your order. Total time from order to delivery in most EU countries is 3–5 business days.
Can I return a personalized mug?
Engraved mugs are made just for you, so they can't be returned unless damaged in transit or if there's a defect. Non-engraved orders have a 30-day return window.
How many characters can I engrave?
10 characters on 80 ml, 12 characters on 150 ml, and 14 characters on both 240 ml and 350 ml. Letters, numbers, and spaces only.
Is the cup dishwasher safe?
Yes. Food-grade 304 stainless steel, matte powder-coated finish — both hand-wash and dishwasher safe. The engraving is laser-cut into the steel, so it never fades or peels.
Does the silicone lid come included?
Yes. Every mug ships with a matching black silicone takeaway lid as standard. White lids available on request.
