What is the minimum order?+
30 units per model and per engraving design. Sizes can be mixed within a tier. Below 30 units, order through the retail store with individual personalisation.
What does 300 units actually cost?+
At the Corporate tier (300–499 pcs) cups are −30% and engraving drops to €1.25. Espresso 80 ml lands at €15.95 all-in per unit, Everyday 350 ml at €23.65, Everest 900 ml at €39.05. Use the calculator in step 2 for your exact configuration. All prices net, excluding VAT.
Is engraving included in the price?+
No — engraving is a separate line, €5.00 base per unit, discounted by tier: €3.75 from 30 pcs, €2.50 from 100 pcs, €1.25 from 300 pcs, and free from 500 pcs. File preparation, the proof and two revision rounds are always free.
What file format should I send?+
Vector is best: SVG, AI or PDF. We also accept PNG at 300 dpi. File preparation is free, and matrix setup takes 1–2 business days. We engrave logos, any text, numbers or codes, artwork, and logo + text combinations.
Can I order a sample first?+
Yes — samples are available on request. You cover the product and shipping. Ask your account manager to include one with your quote.
What is the real lead time?+
Production runs 5–10 business days from artwork approval — 7–10 days at Starter, 5–7 days from Business upwards — plus 1–3 business days for the courier. During the November peak, allow an extra week.
Payment and invoicing+
100% prepayment, by bank transfer or fast online payment. Production starts once payment clears. A VAT invoice is issued with every order. All prices are net, excluding VAT.
Can I re-order the same design later?+
Yes. We keep your production files and laser settings, so a repeat batch matches the first one. There is no repeat charge for file preparation.
What if the engraving comes out wrong?+
Production only starts after you approve the proof in writing. Any deviation from the approved design is on us. There is a 30-day guarantee on manufacturing defects and every batch is inspected before dispatch.
