    Use the email address from your order. Shopify will send you a one-time sign-in code.

  2. Choose your items

    Open your order and select the items you would like to return.

  3. Follow your request

    You will receive a confirmation by email. You can also check the request in your account.

No password needed. Continue to your secure Shopify customer account.

For non-personalised products, notify us within 14 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, you arrange and pay for return shipping. We do not provide a prepaid label.

You can also notify us by email. You do not need approval to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.
