Before you ask.
What is the minimum order?
30 pieces per design. From 500 pieces we can match your brand colour (RAL).
What do I need to send?
You can request a quote without a logo. Afterwards, email your SVG, PDF or PNG to b2b@coffeecupshop.eu using the same email address and your company name.
How is it priced?
We prepare a written quote for your quantity, model and engraving. Please mention any gift packaging and delivery requirements so we can include them and explain the total.
How long does it take?
We reply within 24 hours on business days. Your logo mockup is prepared after we receive your artwork. Production takes 5-10 business days after proof approval; shipping time is additional.
Where does it ship?
Across the EU from our workshop in Poland. Split shipments to several offices are possible.
Can I order a sample?
We do not offer samples. We prepare a digital artwork proof for your approval before production.
Can each cup have a different name?
Yes. Mention individual names in your project details so we can include personalisation in the quote.
Can I include gift packaging?
Gift packaging is available. Tell us which products and quantities you need, and we will include the packaging options in your quote.
