Laser engraving is done in our facility in Poland within 48 hours of your order. Total time from order to delivery in most EU countries is 3–5 business days.
Engraved mugs are made just for you, so they can't be returned unless damaged in transit or if there's a manufacturing defect. Non-engraved orders have a 30-day return window.

Hand-wash only.Warm water, mild soap, soft cloth — that's it. The dishwasher's high heat and aggressive detergents will damage the matte powder-coated finish over time. The vacuum insulation also benefits from gentle care. Engraving is laser-cut into the steel so it never fades regardless of how often you wash.
6 hours hot (95°C → 50°C+) and 12 hours cold under standard conditions. Real-world: morning coffee poured at 7 AM is still drinkable hot at noon. Cold water poured in the morning stays cold past dinner.
Yes. Every thermal mug ships with a matching silicone takeaway lid as standard. The lid is leak-resistant for normal commute use — but we don't claim "100% leak-proof" because no thermal mug truly is when tossed sideways in a bag. Treat upright and it's fine.
